La Terra dopo la Terra, 13’ (2017)

Gigio, a 90-year-old farmer, has spent his entire life in Monte San Martino, a remote village in southern Marche, Italy. Over the decades, the area has gradually emptied as many families relocated toward the coast, leaving behind old houses, fields, and traces of rural life. Gigio and his family stayed, continuing to work the land as they always have.

The film observes the last fragments of this disappearing world, reflecting on the distance between rural traditions and contemporary life.
